durumis Beta Service End and Official Launch Schedule (Scheduled for June 4, 2024)

Hello, durumis bloggers.

We are about to officially launch the service, removing the [BETA] mark.

Tuesday, June 4, 2024is the planned date.

Various updates have been made during the 4 months since the beta service launch. There will be no immediate major changes with the official launch, but the following updates are planned within a few weeks.

1. Gradual support for individual subdomains

Currently, durumis uses a structure where IDs are appended to the main domain, but we plan to support individual subdomains where the ID comes first. This is an additional feature, so you can continue using the existing method without any issues.

Advantages include:

Individual bloggers can build their brands more easily. A unique subdomain can enhance blogger credibility and emphasize professionalism.

Subdomains are considered independent websites by search engines, so bloggers have a higher chance of ranking for specific keywords. This can improve blog visibility and increase traffic.Google Search Consoleindividual registration is also possible.

Bloggers can have their own space, which emphasizes individual independence. This allows bloggers to express their content and style more freely.

Disadvantages include:

As explained in the advantages, since it is considered an independent website by search engines,in the initial stages of writingit may take longer to be exposed in searches.

2. Gradual upgrade of the Gemini engine

durumis Service Introduction PageAs mentioned, durumis utilizes the Gemini engine.

Through Gemini engine upgrades,translated articles, summary articles, preview articleswill be upgraded in stages. Therefore, even if the original article remains unchanged, the translated or summarized version of the original article you wrote may change.

3. Main page redesign

We plan to redesign the durumis main page. We will support more articles with a wider range of content and added categories.

4. Search functionality will be provided with the main page redesign.

Nowadays, search services are shifting towards explaining content externally without reading the blogger's articles. We are not doing that. We believe that bloggers' articles are the best source of up-to-date and high-quality content. Therefore, we plan to support easy access to the content by clicking on the articles that are written.

Additionally, mobile writing will be updated in time for the official launch.

Oh, and currently, there's a bugwhere the font in the article doesn't match the font in the editor.The bug is being fixedand will be improved soon.
