[Urgent Notice] Login Error Issue - How to Clear Chrome Cache

There is currently an issue where users who are already logged in are unable to create posts. We recently made a fix related to cookies, and it has been confirmed that this is causing the inability to create posts due to caching issues.

Therefore, please delete your cache in Chrome or Edge and log in again.

How to delete cache in Chrome

1. Access Chrome's settings. Or chrome://settings/privacy copy this address and paste it into the address bar to go directly to the settings.

2. Under [Privacy and security], click [Clear browsing data].

3. In [Clear browsing data], click [Advanced], select [All time], and click [Clear data].

• At this time, uncheck passwords and other login data. This is because deleting your existing ID and password data will make it inconvenient to use other services. durumis uses email verification for login, so it's unrelated to login data and doesn't need to be deleted.

4. Deletion is complete. Please log in again using the email you previously used.
